Behind Applicantz is a core team of passionate people who have over 150 years of industry experience amongst themselves. Applicantz was built to remove the redundancies and inefficiencies that crept in every step of the recruitment process. Using AI and advanced algorithms, Applicantz is the most sophisticated, simplest and smartest way to recruit.
To build Applicantz, four core values were identified and everything fell within the scope of these values. We call it the " Recruiting the Applicantz way". Each of these core value is of very high importance to the Applicantz team and together they are the building blocks of the organization.
1. Remove redundancy
Literally, every step towards finding an ideal candidate was deliberated over and was stripped of the minutest inefficiencies and redundancies. Even if a step took less than 30 seconds to perform, but was of no importance, found no place in Applicantz. Applicantz is known for its extreme functionality and the team is very serious about getting the work done.
2. Keep it simple
The secret of change is on focusing all of your energy not on fighting the old, but on building the new and this is what we did at Applicantz. Our goal was to create the simplest recruitment system ever built. Even a far-fetched possibility of being cumbersome was addressed and broken into simpler and easy steps. Anything the customer did not need, was taken away. Anything that added no value to the customers was taken away. The Applicantz Mantra is - "Elimination is a great way to bring in simplicity, and simple is beautiful". We believe Applicantz is the simplest platform one will ever experience.
3. Strive for excellence
Mediocrity is just not an option at Applicantz. We would rather try harder than accept mediocrity. We would rather work all day than accept an inferior solution. Everything we do and offer has to add tremendous value to our customers. We are always striving to excel and excellence has become the virtue of the organization. A code is written and rewritten a number of times to achieve the same functionality with the reduced lines of code each time. We put ourselves in the shoes of customers and this drives us to strive for and deliver excellence.
4. Unafraid to change
Great things never came from comfort zones. We push ourselves out of our comfort zones and try new things be it a new technology, new method, new language or even a new workplace. At Applicantz, we are not afraid of experimenting and pivoting We believe that man is constantly learning and if that requires us to scrap something to give way for the new learning, so be it. We do not spend days deliberating a decision and any such decisions are made effective immediately. There is no tomorrow in Applicantz. Everything has to happen now.
